Welcome

We often come to therapy not just to fix something, but because something within us is calling for attention - a longing to feel more alive, more connected, or simply to understand ourselves more deeply.

Perhaps something has shifted, or perhaps nothing has changed - and that, too, is challenging. Therapy with me offers a space to pause and listen, to make sense of what feels tangled. A place to sit with questions and let curiosity guide the way.

What I Offer

I work with individuals and couples who are navigating the complexities of being human - how we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the deeper challenges of our modern lives.

For couples, this might mean exploring patterns of communication, rebuilding trust, or reconnecting with a sense of intimacy. For individuals, it can involve working through grief, anxiety, transitions or the frustration of not knowing how to make changes.

I offer sessions in person in London (Angel N1) or online.

A Relational Space

My practice is grounded in a relational and humanistic approach, informed by ongoing training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO) for couples.

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing everything -though insights and shifts often emerge when we feel truly seen, by ourselves or by another. It’s about helping you understand how you really feel. When we’re in touch with our feelings, we regain a sense of our true north - and life can begin to feel more navigable, even in uncertainty.

Beginning the Conversation

If something here resonates, get in touch.
We will begin with a short call or Zoom to see whether it feels right to work together.
If our schedules align, we’ll set up an in-person session so we can meet and you can get a feel for whether I am the right therapist for you.
