I'm a qualified BACP accredited humanistic counsellor and psychotherapist and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP Accred)

I am a founding member of HOMA Psychotherapy Practice in Clerkenwell, WC1X 9AW

I am also a Foundation Course Tutor with Homa Psychotherapy Training

I completed an intensive face-to-face 7-year training in Humanistic Psychotherapy at Spectrum Centre for Humanistic Psychotherapy and continue my ongoing supervision and professional development there.

I have also completed a 12-month specialist training programme with Beyond Chocolate which provides people with practical steps and support to create a happier and more satisfying relationship with food, eating and body esteem

I’ve spent over two decades working as a journalist and editor working in Australia, New York and the UK

I am bound by the BACP’s Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy, the Ethical Guidelines for Researching Counselling and Psychotherapy (where practitioners undertake research) and subject to the Professional Conduct Procedure for the time being in force
